1. Based on the market sales strategy, formulate an overall plan for sales management work and implement it, and be responsible for sales targets;
2. Assist superior supervisors and be responsible for achieving regional goals and formulating plans, promoting the construction of sales channels, and ensuring the implementation of channel strategies.
3. Target undertaking and management: Responsible for the formulation and achievement of sales target plans for distributors and retailers; improve the channel coverage of terminal products in the jurisdiction;
4. Through effective customer PSI management, effectively monitor DOS trends and formulate reasonable purchase plans; manage channel partner credit, repayments, rebates, etc.; establish healthy cooperative relationships;
5. Channel expansion: selection and certification of channel customers; channel planning and communication for new product launches; formulating sales plans for key channel partners and following up on their implementation.
6. Channel structure and strategy design: Design different channel structures and strategies according to different market types and integrated product characteristics.
7. Establish and optimize national/regional sales organizations and sales teams for various channels, clarify responsibilities, and be responsible for cultivating and improving channel sales capabilities.
1. Have 2-3 years of overseas consumer goods or consumer electronics sales management experience, experience in mobile phone and 3C sales industry is preferred;
2. Have experience in offline retail management, have good project management capabilities, be familiar with the consumer electronics market, and be familiar with product promotion processes;
3. Positive work attitude, diligent and hard-working, strong learning ability and motivation, and responsible for results;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and have communication and collaboration skills for cross-department cooperation;
5. Think positively and continue to learn; be able to quickly adapt to changes in the internal and external environment, dare to try, and be able to explore and discover more effective ways and methods.
Other requirements
1.Overseas relevant work experience/sales experience in mobile phone and consumer electronics industries/2-3 years of FMCG product management experience, etc.
